AIREA has recently finalized their analysis of the Mon Tresor Airport City Development of Omnicane. Mon Tresor is located reight next to the International Airport of Mauritius, Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International Airport.
The Airport City Development consists of both commercial and residential areas, has a Beach Club (!), a Freeport, hotels and a filmstudio.
The project is very ambitious and promising.
AIREA provided Omnicane with a second opinion analysis with recommendations to:
1) Cooperate more with the Board of Investment of Mauritius, the airport and other private and public developers.
2) change some elements in the Master plan
3) the branding and marketing of tMon Tresor
4) the business development of Mon Tresor.
